お客様、お取引関係者、当社従業員の個人情報（以下、「個人情報」といいます）について、 「個人情報管理責任者」を設置し、 取扱いを定めて、適切な保護を行います。
事業上必要な範囲に限定して適切な手段で、個人情報を収集します。その収集時には、収集と利用の目的、問合せや苦情、相談に対する窓口を明確にして、個人情報を収集します。
個人情報は、法律に基づく命令等を除いて、収集時に承諾を得た範囲外の利用、提供はいたしません。

個人情報の漏えい、滅失又はき損の防止に関して合理的な安全対策を講じるとともに予防ならびに是正に努めます。

Regarding the personal information of customers, business partners, and our employees (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), we will appoint a "Personal Information Management Officer," establish handling procedures, and provide appropriate protection.

1.人権に関する約束
私たち、株式会社ソーソーの全役員・従業員（以下、私たち）は、企業活動のあらゆる場面において人権を尊重することで、持続可能な社会の発展に貢献します。
その考え方を「人権に関する基本方針（人権ポリシー）」として定め、これを遵守していくことを約束いたします。


2.参照先と対象範囲
私たちは、「世界人権宣言」「国連ビジネスと人権に関する指導原則」「子どもの権利とビジネス原則」「ILO宣言の中核8条約上の基本原則」の行動規範に従い、事業活動全てにおいて、
事業を行う国や地域の文化・慣習を理解し、これを尊重して行動し、自らが差別や人権侵害に関与しないよう努めるとともに、サプライヤー・ビジネスパートナーなどに対しても、これらの原則にのっとって人権を尊重し、侵害しないように求めます。

3.多様性の重視とハラスメントの禁止
私たちは、すべての人を個人として尊重し、政治的信念、思想、宗教、性・性自認・性的指向、身体的特徴、疾病、年齢、国籍、人種、民族などに関わらず、差別や不利益な取扱いを許容せず、
採用、評価、育成、配置、昇給・昇進、役職登用等の機会を均等とし、多様な人材がいきいきと活躍できる職場環境を推進します。
また、あらゆる差別やハラスメント行為を許容せず、社員教育を定期的に実施するなどして防止の取り組みを継続的に行います。

4.強制労働・児童労働の防止について
私たちは、基本的人権を擁護する観点より、一切の強制労働・児童労働を禁止し、コンプライアンスを遵守した事業活動を行います。

5.労働時間と賃金の管理
私たちは、労働基準法や労使協定に基づき、適切な労働時間および休憩時間、時間外労働、深夜労働、休日、休暇に関する規則を就業規則に定めます。
また最低賃金、法定給付・控除、時間外労働等に関する法令要件を遵守した給与規程を定め、従業員に賃金を直接支給します。

6.結社の自由・団体交渉の権利行使の尊重
私たちは、従業員個人の意思に基づいて労働組合を結成する権利、および参加・不参加を選択する権利を尊重し、効果的な団体交渉権の行使を容認します。
会社はその代表者との建設的な対話を通じ、誠意をもって交渉にあたります。

7.従業員の安全と健康の維持
私たちは、従業員の心身の健康に配慮し、安全で健康的な職場環境の確保に努めると共に、安全・衛生に関する法令、規制、規定を遵守し、健康リスクへ適切な対応を行うことで、その維持に取り組みます。

8.表現の自由とプライバシーの保護
通信やインターネット、ソーシャルメディア上でのコミュニケーションでの表現の自由とプライバシー保護についても認識し、その侵害が無いように最大の注意を払います。
さらに全てのお客さまに対して公平公正に接するとともに、安心かつ利便性の高いサービスを提供します。

9.人権尊重に向けた取り組み・体制
私たちは、人権侵害の発生を防ぐための適切な報告窓口を設けることで、実効性のある対策の仕組みづくりを行います。事業活動が及ぼす人権への影響を評価するため、
人権デューデリジェンスを実施し、継続的な影響の監視・適切な関係者への報告を行います。万が一事業活動を通じて人権への負の影響が生じた場合には、その軽減・解消に向けて、公正かつ公平な救済措置をもって適切に対応します。

10.コミュニケーション
人権への取り組みの推進は、共同最高経営責任者を含むリスクマネジメント委員会のもと、人権分科会によって所管され、全役員・従業員や外部ステークホルダーに対し「人権に関する基本方針（人権ポリシー）」の浸透を進め、人権啓発活動の積極的な推進を図ります。

1.Commitment to Human Rights
We, all officers and employees (hereinafter referred to as "we") of SOSO, K.K., contribute to the development of a sustainable society by respecting human rights in all aspects of our corporate activities.
We pledge to adhere to this approach, which we have established as our "Basic Policy on Human Rights (Human Rights Policy)."

2.References and Scope
We will act in accordance with the behavioral standards of the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights," "UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights," "Children's Rights and Business Principles," and the "Core Conventions of the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work," understanding and respecting the culture and customs of the countries and regions where we operate. From the perspective of protecting fundamental human rights, we prohibit all forms of forced and child labor and conduct business activities in compliance with the law.

5.Management of Working Hours and Wages
We establish regulations on appropriate working hours, rest periods, overtime, night work, holidays, and leave in our employment rules based on the Labor Standards Act and labor-management agreements.
We also establish payroll regulations in compliance with legal requirements for minimum wage, statutory benefits, deductions, overtime, etc., and pay wages directly to employees.

6.Respect for Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining
We respect the right of employees to form labor unions based on their personal choice, as well as the right to choose whether or not to participate, and recognize the exercise of effective collective bargaining rights.
The company will negotiate in good faith through constructive dialogue with their representatives.

7.Maintaining Employee Safety and Health
We strive to ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment by considering the mental and physical health of our employees. We comply with laws, regulations, and standards related to safety and hygiene and take appropriate measures against health risks to maintain this environment.‍

To prevent human rights violations, we will establish effective reporting mechanisms and systems. We will conduct human rights due diligence to assess the impact of our business activities on human rights, continuously monitor, and report appropriately to relevant parties.
In the event of any negative impact on human rights through our business activities, we will respond appropriately with fair and just remedial measures to mitigate and resolve the impact.‍

10.Communication
The promotion of human rights efforts is overseen by the Human Rights Subcommittee under the Risk Management Committee, which includes the joint Chief Executive Officers.
We will disseminate our "Basic Policy on Human Rights (Human Rights Policy)" to all officers, employees, and external stakeholders and actively promote human rights awareness activities.
